Scott works with both new and existing customers helping to find the best way for them to leverage Xtiva’s incentive compensation and performance management capabilities and expertise.

Scott has 30 years of industry experience, with a good portion spent expanding into new global markets and working with a wide variety of financial institutions. Scott’s passion for quality products and services has helped his customers recognize improved success in many ways.  He has consistently helped firms increase their overall performance by aligning their research, fee billing and incentive compensation procedures with their strategic corporate goals & objectives. He is an active contributor to the Xtiva product ideation process, passionately representing the needs of the market.

Prior to joining Xtiva in 2009, Scott has held key business development roles with prominent firms, including 10 years with Fiserv leading their fee-billing product sales globally, RIMES Technologies where he was their first Sales Director and helped launch their marker data service globally and almost a decade with FAME Information Services helping financial institutions improve and automate both front- and back-office operations.  At FAME, he managed Global Sales & Support, from both New York and London.

He has a passion for global business, embraces the nuances of different markets and enjoys the different cultures (and especially the foods) of the places he has worked and lived.

Scott is based in New Jersey.
