Rick Scearbo serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Xtiva Financial Systems where he is charged with aligning and optimizing the entire customer experience with the aim of increasing revenue. He is the chief architect behind the long-term customer vision and operational strategy of the organization to ensure that both growth and market potential are achieved.
Rick is obsessed with helping companies close the gap between business strategy and business performance by maximizing their salesforce and front office investments. At the top of Rick’s core beliefs: technology should assist salespeople, not slow them down; financial firms thrive when their sales teams are empowered; and collaboration and teamwork always serve the client’s best interest. Rick also believes the ABCs of Modern Selling = ALWAYS BE HELPING. His core value is Give-to-Give versus Give-to-Get. In Rick’s words, “Always look at things through the eyes of your customer. And ‘sell’ the way your customers want to buy.”
Rick has held leadership positions at Thomson Reuters, Fidelity Investments and Putnam Investments culminating in over 29 years of global experience in financial services and financial technology spanning business operations, product development and sales and marketing.
In 2018, Rick was appointed to the Xtiva Financial Systems Board of Directors.
