VP, Customer Success

Jodi is responsible for leading all aspects of our customer success efforts. Jodi has a demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional Customer/User experience and consistently manages multiple projects while maintaining the highest emphasis on quality, at all stages of the Customer Journey.  She is a success focused leader who fosters and encourages teamwork within and across disciplines, translating vision into actionable plans; ensuring transformational change is clearly and appropriately communicated and executed. Jodi and her team are responsible leading our Customers through their entire experience with our products. Onboarding, training, enabling… all of it. Her team is committed to ensuring that every potential User becomes a regular User, and who expands their usage, and enjoys the maximum utility possibly from Xtiva in the shortest time to value.

Prior to joining Xtiva, Jodi was most recently the Director, Client Services at PriceMetrix (Practice Management software for Wealth Managers), where she was instrumental in heading and developing their ValueOne Program by driving awareness and adoption of their tools and services, ensuring that advisors and firms could get maximum benefit from their investment. During her time at PriceMetrix she also held leadership roles in the Product Management and Customer Support organizations.

Jodi is an avid volunteer for a charity called Out of the Cold where churches and synagogues throughout the GTA provide hot meals, shelter, hospitality, and a sense of community to the homeless. She recently participated in her 7th Ride to Conquer Cancer and is the Community Leader of #TorontoGives, a partner of #GivingTuesdayCA, the global day of giving.
