VP, Customer and Market Development

Chris knows Wealth Management and Fintech, including front, back and middle office across the Wealth and BD space. He has held senior positions in analytics, operations, product management, and business development within financial services-focused enterprise software companies. His prior work experience includes Accenture, Nomis Solutions (a bank product pricing big data firm), and PriceMetrix – part of McKinsey & Company (business management and compliance analytics software for wealth managers). Chris has a balanced, thorough and determined approach that fits nicely with Xtiva and complements our Sales, ProServ and Product teams as we continue to expand our market footprint and product capabilities.

Chris leads our Professional Service and Sales Engineering teams, develops our strategic partnerships and alliances and expands our customer and market knowledge. Chris is passionate about helping financial services institutions across North America achieve increased growth through salesforce leverage and operational improvements, using data, analytics, and smart technology. He strives to build the right products, identify and collaborate with the best partners, provide actionable recommendations through customer engagement, and deploy the most valuable solutions.

Chris graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He’s a past board member of the Ralph Thornton Community Centre in Toronto, and has also spent several years helping elementary students discover their aptitude for math through volunteer programs run by JUMP and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Chris’s young family keeps him happily occupied, with a bit of spare time to think about bikes and city building.
