Automating Emails for Increased Client Engagement

In our how-to video earlier this week, we went over how mail tools like Mailchimp offer a great way to plan and deliver emails to your clients, contacts, and leads. As a follow up, we’re bringing you our how-to on automation. In this video, you can learn how to automate an email series in MailChimp by setting triggers based on various different actions. The video shows how to connect a MailChimp form to your website and create an automated welcome series with different parameters.

Automation is a great tool to connect with your clients and increase engagement. By creating triggers based on actions (such as opened or didn’t open an email, signed up to a form, RSVP’d to an event, etc.) you can create email series once and have them send as soon as is relevant.
